A WOMAN has been charged with the theft of �20,000 from the Oasis Centre, Wisbech.
Andrea Smith, 46, of Tinkers Drove, Wisbech, is charged with two counts of theft between March 4 2007 and May 26 2010.
Smith, the centre’s former financial controller, faces two counts of theft: stealing �5,849 and �14,510 from the Wisbech Community Development Trust, the body which runs the Oasis.
Smith has been given unconditional bail and will make her first appearance before magistrates on November 30.
