Stunning stain glass windows, a stately entrance porch, nave, archway and step to the chance can be seen from pictures.

It is now on the market with Jolliffe Daking, in Peterborough.

However, it is reported that the building has undergone structural movement, with an estimate of £95,000 given earlier this year “to arrest the movement and stabilize the building by piling, anchoring, the creation of edge beams to the existing foundation and a 200mm slab throughout the ground floor”.

“Under the measure, the Ely Diocesan Church uses committee has a duty to make every endeavour to find a suitable alternative use for the building and to negotiate provisional terms of sale.
