Police officers in Fenland had a very busy Tuesday working on a large number of calls from across the district.
Throughout the afternoon from 3pm, there were five separate crashes – two in Wisbech, one in March and two in Whittlesey.
From one of those incidents a vehicle was recovered for having no insurance, said police. The driver had abandoned their vehicle and people were warned to take care approaching the Norwich Road, Wisbech junction.
There were also two separate criminal damage incidents, along with two neighbour issues, loose animals in Gorefield, four concern incidents (one domestic and one suspicious) and a request from another police force for enquiries to be made regarding someone they need to speak to.
