FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle rubbish on fire near a block of flats in Wisbech.
One crew from Wisbech attended the blaze in Wellington Terrace at 6.36pm last night.
The fire was under control by 6.48pm. It was believed to have been started deliberately.
