THREE Eastern European workers from Wisbech, who were killed in a collision on the A141 near Chatteris last Thursday, have been named by police.
Dainis Drevins, aged 38, of Lynn Road; Aleksandrs Puzanskis, aged 46, of Jubilee Walk; and Mihails Bazanovs, aged 28, of Horseshoe Terrace; were all passengers in a silver Toyota Emina Estina which was involved in a collision with a blue and white skip lorry.
An 18-year-old man from Wisbech, who was driving the Toyota, is still in Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge with serious injuries, as is a 17-year-old man from Wisbech who was a passenger in the Toyota.
Two further men from Wisbech, aged 17 and 28 who suffered slight injuries, have both been discharged from hospital.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the collision, which happened at about 6.50pm.
