CHRIS Lorraine took a break from pounding West Norfolk's rural streets as a PCSO to pound 93 miles in four days - and raise £1,000 for Sue Ryder Care.

PCSO Lorraine, of March, and three friends walked the 93-mile Peddars Way and Norfolk Coastal Path, which stretches from Knettishall Heath near Thetford to Cromer.

He organised the walk after the death of his nan, Eileen Blake, last year. Sue Ryder Care provided care and support for Eileen and PCSO Lorraine's family.

PCSO Lorraine, 31, said: "We are currently collecting in the sponsor money. It is estimated that together we have raised in the region of £1000 for Sue Ryder Care.
