BIN collections in Fenland have kept on schedule over the last week - but six side roads in Wisbech were too dangerous due to compacted ice.
But Fenland District Council is hoping to return to those narrow side roads today, should weather permit.
A council spokesman said in a statement: "At the moment we're completely up to schedule on our bin collections, except for about six narrow side roads in Wisbech where compacted ice made it dangerous for our vehicles to go down yesterday [Wednesday].
"Weather permitting, we're hoping to clear them today - we've got crews out trying to do that.
