DAMAGED fencing at Terrington St Clement playing field is set to be replaced, after the parish council secured a grant of £3,000 from Waste Recycling Environmental (WREN).
The grants made by WREN under the Landfill Communities Fund look to improve community life by enhancing facilities as well as providing new facilities including play areas and village halls.
The playing field fence at Terrington St Clement is one of nine projects across Norfolk which have been boosted with £68,948 in the latest round of the Landfill Communities Fund. The fence had become dangerous in places and needed to be fixed.
