A Wisbech care home raised its highest ever total thanks to a successful bingo night last week.
Lyncroft Care Home held the event at Wisbech Town football Club to raise funds for the home’s residents’ comfort fund, and the evening, hosted by Kay Brown, was a big success, raising over £750.
Jan Davison, manager, said: “The bingo, kindly arranged by a residents’ daughter, went really well.
“It was fantastic to see families, staff and the local community all coming together for the event.”
The money will go towards outings, entertainment and birthday gifts for residents.
