Youngsters starting their journey through school at Magdalene House, Wisbech Grammar School, by getting off on the right track with the unveiling of a model train in their playground.
They are pictured with headmaster Robert Repper, who donned an appropriate uniform and blew a whistle to unveil the 'Magdalene Flyer' on Wednesday.
The ceremony was to mark the first anniversary of the opening of Magdalene House. A spokesman for the school said: "We simply wanted something very eye-catching in the playground and this is a beautiful piece of equipment. We felt it was appropriate because the children are setting off on a journey.
