ELM: Boys arrested in connection with burglary after being tracked down by police dog

TWO boys were arrested in connection with a burglary in Elm, after being tracked down by a police dog.

Police were called at 2.16am this morning (Tuesday) to reports of a burglary in Gosmoor Lane.

TWO boys were arrested in connection with a burglary in Elm, after being tracked down by a police dog.

Police were called at 2.16am this morning (Tuesday) to reports of a burglary in Gosmoor Lane.

A number of police officers attended the scene and began searching the area, including a dog handler with his Malinois dog.

The two boys were arrested at just before 3am.

Both boys, aged 15 and from Wisbech, have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and are currently in custody at Wisbech Police Station.
