A man nearly three times the limit was found slouched over in a vehicle in Wisbech this morning.
Police were called to Richard Young Close at 8am and the man admitted he had been drinking and a breath test was carried out.
The man failed the test by blowing 100 ugs, however the legal limit is 35ugs.
He was arrested and taken to the Police Investigation Centre at King’s Lynn.
