Drugs, money and a large weapon were seized during two raids which led to two arrests in Wisbech today.
Police officers acted on intelligence regarding drug dealing from members of the public and carried out a search at two separate addresses near Nene Quay.
The warrant was executed under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act and involved officers from Wisbech Station, Force Headquarters, CID and the Beds, Cambs, Herts Dog Unit.
Two people were arrested for possession with intent to supply a controlled substance and are currently in custody at the Police Investigation Centre in King’s Lynn.
