Two drivers suffered minor injuries following a two car collision on the Leverington Common junction with Wolf Lane in Wisbech at 6pm last night (June 16).

A driver was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after being involved in a two car collision on Leverington Common.

Police were called to the accident on the common’s junction with Wolf Lane in Wisbech at around 6pm last night (Thursday June 16).

There, they found two vehicles significantly damaged, with one losing a wheel as a result of the accident.

Both drivers suffered slight injuries, with one taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn.

A police spokesman said: “If you witnessed the RTC please phone 101 and quote incident 480.”
