A DRINK-driver who gave a breath test reading more than double the legal limit in Wisbech has been banned from the road for 24 months.
Wieskaw Kulig, 54, of Bath Road, Wisbech, was also fined £200 and told to pay £60 costs and a £15 surcharge by Fenland magistrates on Wednesday.
