A man was arrested for being nearly three times the limit on Weasenham Lane, Wisbech this morning.
Officers from the Cambridgeshire ANPR Team arrested the man at 10.45am for drink driving after he failed the breath test.
The man blew 98 at the road side. However the legal limit is 35.
He was taken to the Police Investigation Centre at King’s Lynn.
The arrest was part of Operation Trivium in Fenland.
