A GROUP of girls from Queen's School decided, at a lunch club run by youth workers from Office of Children and Young People's Services (OCYPS) Wisbech Locality Team, that they would like to hold a disco. With the help of the youth workers they had a crash course in DJing and the result was a trouble free evening at the Queen Mary Centre, attended by 75 young people and raising £128 for Children in Need. DJs were Gemma Edgson, Elland Parker, Lauren Barnes, Emma Lee, Abi Clarke, Emily Thorpe, Danielle Whyett and Amy Davies. The girls were helped by Stephen Townsend and Brandon Wright. Craig Shailes ran the tuck shop.
