A lorry driver seen "weaving all over the road" on the A1 at Alconbury failed a roadside breath test after he was stopped by police.
Officers from the Beds, Cambs and Herts Road Policing Unit pulled the driver over on Saturday night (January 23).
Sveltozar Ivanov, 48, of no fixed abode will appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (Monday).
He was arrested by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit on the A1307 at Alconbury on Saturday (23 January). In custody he gave a reading of 122 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit being 35 microgrammes.
