Motorists in Wisbech have been met with an unusual sight over the last few weeks.
It comes as uniformed services students from the College of West Anglia’s Wisbech campus have carried out their physical training sessions along the length of Elm High Road/Churchill Road.
The surprising sight of students undertaking a range of physical tasks is becoming a regular feature on Thursday afternoons.
Adrian Kent, one of the uniformed services tutors, said: “We are replicating current practice in the public services.
“Exercising and fulfilling physical training tasks in the community creates a bit of pressure on the students to perform to the best of their abilities, as they are in full view of the public.”
