Two College of West Anglia art and design students produced a calendar which proved a best-seller at a nearby school.

Naomi Cunnington, 18, of Upwell, and Adam Flack, 19, of March, won an internal competition to design and produce a calendar for Elm Primary School, which was sold to parents and friends of the school to raise funds to improve IT facilities.

The calendar was a big hit and the school, selling more than 100 copies. To say thank you, the Elm School Association (ESA) gave a small gift to both students.

Member of the ESA, Natalie Gooch said: “We gave the students only a brief of what we wanted and the results they came back with and their level of professionalism were outstanding.

“The winners, Naomi and Adam both paid great attention to detail and it was interesting to see how long it can take to get things just right.”
