After long negotiations with the elves, Father Christmas has agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to come and visit Leverington as part of the village’s Christmas Market.
Old Saint Nick will be in the village on Saturday December 9 between 10am and 1pm to meet youngsters and take their Christmas wish lists back to the North Pole.
“As for the adults, well there’s lots for you to do too,” said organiser Annie Appleby.
“How about spending time with a fantastic bunch of crafters looking for those last minute presents?
“We are absolutely fully booked and bursting at the seams with local people selling their beautiful hand crafted products. With something for every taste and age we guarantee you’ll be spoilt for choice.
“But that’s not all - our cheery volunteers will be on hand serving delicious cakes and hot drinks, not forgetting squash for the little ones.”
