A motorist says he couldn’t believe his eyes when he spotted a motorcyclist heading towards Wisbech and using his mobile phone.
“Thought I had seen it all saw this on way to Wisbech this morning,” he tweeted.
“Check out the left hand, it’s a mobile phone..”
He sent the photo to Cambs Police in the hope they might help to identify the rider; another tweet at the same time showed a motorist at Tilney All Saints on his phone, too.
The images were caught on a dashboard camera.
