Police in Wisbech seized a car after they discovered the driver was uninsured, had no licence and was only 16-years-old.

Officers spotted the silver Ford Focus driving on Tavistock Road, Wisbech at around 11pm on Saturday (July 21).

The vehicle was stopped and that’s when officers realised the driver was only 16-years-old.

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: “The vehicle was seized for no insurance and for the driver having no licence.

“The driver was reported for a number of offences and was taken home to his parents.”
