A 17 year old girl was attacked in an alleyway in Wisbech town centre which police say is being treated as common assault.
The teenager was walking in the De Havilland area when a man tried to grab her.
A Cambridgeshire Police spokesman said: “We received a call at 3.07pm on Friday March 9 to reports of an attack on a 17 year old girl.
“She reported that a man tried to grab her and then ran off.
“Investigations are ongoing and it is being treated as a common assault.”
