More than 50 people took part in a football tournament at Thomas Clarkson Academy on Saturday.

Teams came from Wisbech, King’s Lynn, Spalding and Boston. The event, which was free, was organised by Mikelis Zemdega and Marius Atkota from the Rosmini Centre and supported by CP Learning Trust.

Mr Zemdega said: “Despite the awful weather we had a fantastic turn out and everyone taking part had a great time.”

The Rosmini Centre plans to organise a monthly tournament. Details on entry and sponsorship can be obtained by e-mailing mikazemdega.rcw@gmail.com
