It was certainly not a case of 'highway robbery' when Wisbech representatives of Macmillan Cancer Support visited the Highwayman pub at Walton Highway.
Committee chairman, Councillor Roger Green, was presented with a cheque for £873.84 by landlord and landlady Ian and Laura Roberts.
The cash was raised by Laura and customers Sophie Barton, James Read and Paul Lawrence taking part in the Peterborough fun run coupled with the proceeds from a draw for a remote controlled model helicopter generously donated by John Dalton.
