A DOCUMENTARY looking at the life of former Isle of Ely MP Sir Clement Freud, who died earlier this year, airs tonight on BBC Four.
Clement Freud: In His Own Words is the latest episode in the Time Shift series and draws together interviews with Sir Clement from across the last four decades.
Sir Clement died in April this year, aged 84. He was a Liberal MP for the Isle of Ely from 1973-1987, cookery expert, newspaper columnist and author.
He was also a TV personality and featured in dog food commercials in the 1960s.
Clement Freud: In His Own Words airs on BBC Four tonight at 9am.
