Four apprentices have been taken on at Princes Wisbech and Long Sutton manufacturing sites.
The food and drink giant employs more than a 1,000 people across the two sites.
Ruth Simpson, corporate relations director at Princes, said: “Seeing the success that our previous students, graduates and apprentices have made of the opportunities really helps us to see the value of the schemes.
“We believe that helping the UK’s young adults to gain valuable expertise in different aspects of business will have real benefits not just to Princes, but to the wider economy.”
