POLICE launched an appeal this week for information after a young male indecently exposed himself to a woman in Upwell.
The 53-year-old woman was walking near the green footbridge, which crosses Well Creek, at about 9.50am on November 29.
She saw the youth committing an indecent act and he did not stop when he saw the woman looking. The youth then walked off towards Scholar's War, walking an elderly dog.
He was wearing a blue Parka-style jacket, with a shiny lighter blue colour on the sleeves and a circular logo on the back. He was also wearing grey cargo-style trousers.
