Fenland Council has agreed retrospective planning permission for the outbuildings at a property in Wisbech.
The additions were completed in 2022 at the house on Summerfield Close in the town.
They include a 4m by 3m home office, as well as a 2.5m x 2.5m store, and a side extension to the property containing a home gym.
Six neighbours supported the additions. They said they had not caused them any problems with noise or parking, while working from home was good for the environment.
A planning officer's report said: "The principle of extending and altering the dwelling and erection of outbuildings to provide facilities in association with residential accommodation is considered acceptable."
It added the new buildings were "modest in scale" while public views were limited therefore they would not harm the character of the street scene.
