A new fitness class is coming to a Fenland school.
At Marshland High School, Pulse Fit is the idea of ToriJ_PT, a personal trainer, menopause coach, and director.
The classes aim to promote health, wellbeing, and confidence through fun and inclusive exercise, combining dance, fitness, and club-style cardio into a high-energy package.
Pulse Fit also seeks to foster community connections between local participants.
For a fee of £6 per class or £20 a month for four sessions, residents can join weekly classes from 7pm to 8pm.
Aimed at being accessible for everyone, the classes welcome people of any age or ability.
She said she would appreciate any media attention due to her limited advertising resources, prompting this coverage.
