The fifth of eight auctions scheduled this year by Clive Emson, the sale will conclude on July 23.
The house comes with vacant possession and features a gas heating system via radiators, and a rear garden which wraps around the side of the property.
Another Wisbech lot, a rectangular parcel of land at the back of 59 Summerfield Close, is guided freehold at £5,000 - £10,000.
