A Cambridgeshire-based housebuilder has been awarded a top customer satisfaction award for the third year running.

Allison Homes has been recognised with the Gold Award from In-house Research Ltd.

The award is based on outstanding customer feedback.

David Hynda, group sales and customer experience director at Allison Homes, said: "I am incredibly proud of the entire team for achieving the Gold Award for a third consecutive year.

"Delivering a positive customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reflects the hard work and commitment of colleagues across the business.

"Over the past year, we have continued to invest in our customer experience strategy to ensure our buyers feel supported at every stage of their journey.

"This award is a fantastic endorsement of that approach and inspires us to continue raising the bar."

The Gold Award is given to housebuilders who achieve a customer recommendation rate of 90 per cent or above.

Allison Homes earned a 93 per cent recommendation rate from customers.

The award follows another recent honour for the company, which retained its HBF 5-Star status from the Home Builders Federation.

The rating recognises the company's investment in staff training and development, the enhanced role of Customer Experience Managers and improvements made to the customer journey.

John Anderson, group chief executive at Allison Homes, said: "Securing this Gold Award is a fantastic achievement for the business.

"We aim to build more than just homes – we are passionate about creating thriving communities that help people realise their aspirations.

"As we continue to deliver our ambitious growth plans and work towards doubling the size of the business, maintaining our customer-first approach remains a top priority."
