A Cambridge school has been ranked among the best in the county by The Telegraph.
St Bede's Inter-Church School in Cambridge is the only Christian state secondary school in Cambridgeshire and has also received the highest ranking in the system devised by The Telegraph.
The newspaper said the new secondary school league table "draws on publicly available data – from exam results to class size – to help parents make informed decisions".
They used a 40-point scoring system based on nine indicators to rank local schools against national standards in England.
The nine indicators are English Baccalaureate score, attainment, progress, disadvantaged pupils, comparison with local authority, pupil destinations, entries options, class size, and truancy.
Just seven schools across the country received a perfect score of 40 out of 40.

St Bede's Inter-Church School is the only Cambridgeshire secondary school to rank in the top 100 across the country, coming in at number 89.
It achieved an impressive score of 38/40 and has an overall 'very good' rating.
The proportion of 2022 pupils who left the school and entered education or work was 97.2%, whilst the national average is just 93%.
St Bede's also saw 48.3% of pupils achieve a grade 5 or higher in their English Baccalaureate GCSE subjects (English, maths, science, history or geography and a language) whilst the local average is only 25.1%.
The school has 938 pupils and an average class size of 22.7.
Other highly ranked Cambridgeshire secondary schools were Chesterton Community College and Parkside Community College which achieved scores of 37/40 and 36/40 respectively.
Impington Village College and The King's (The Cathedral) School in Peterborough also received a score of 36/40.
