Tiki cocktails, volcanoes and beach vibes are now all part of Fenland's entertainment mix.
Bringing a tropical escape to the outskirts of Wisbech, a new island-themed indoor adventure golf and games venue is already proving popular with a range of ages.
Based in the former Frankie & Benny’s unit on the Cromwell Road retail park, Volcano Valley offers a colourful 15-hole crazy golf course, karaoke booths, SMART darts and a relaxing bar area.
"We thought that there’s not really a lot to do around Wisbech," said Chris Gooderson, who co-owns the business with Chris Atkins.
He added: "We’ve got this great location where there’s free parking and other venues on-site.
"We figured that we’d bring something a bit different that people wanted - just to come and have a fun and affordable night out."

The innovative adventure golf part of the venue is divided into three themed sections—beach, jungle, and volcano—each with detailed set design to match.
Many holes are intentionally tricky, including a nearly impossible final hole.
Entry is £8.95 for adults and £5.95 for children.
Additional activities include a SMART darts experience with many different games, and karaoke booth hire, both priced at £25 per hour.
The project is a true family affair, with Chris’s 10-year-old son coming up with the original design and concept, and local craftspeople helping bring it to life.
Chris said: "I’m very humbled by the help we got from locals."
Not only is Volcano Valley a great addition to the local area, it has also transformed a long-empty venue into a lively family attraction.
