The cause of a blaze next to the Asda supermarket in Wisbech has been confirmed. 

Crews from Wisbech and Outwell were called to a fire in the open on Sandyland at 8.04pm on Tuesday April 23.

Firefighters arrived to find a large bonfire well alight, using hose reels they extinguished the fire and returned to their stations by 11.25pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
