Cambridgeshire Police officers have closed a flat on Cannon Street, in Wisbech following complaints about anti-social behaviour and drug use.
The full closure order at 66 Cannon Street will be in place for three months.
The order states that the flat is closed due to people engaging in "disorderly, offensive or criminal behaviour at the premises."
It also states that "its use has or is likely to result in disorder or serious nuisance to the public."
