An uninsured driver was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst over the drug drive limit in Wisbech.
Officers from Cambridgeshire Constabulary's Rural Crime Action Team (RCAT) stopped a vehicle in Dowgate Road on Thursday October 5.
Following checks on the driver, it turned out he did not have insurance to drive the vehicle.
Officers from the Wisbech Neighbourhood Policing Team arrived to assist RCAT.
The driver also failed a roadside drug test for cocaine and was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst over the drug drive limit.
He was taken to Thorpewood Police Station in Peterborough where enquiries continued.
The driver has since been released on bail whilst officers wait for the results of the blood test.
The driver had his vehicle seized under section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
"Remember, we can't be everywhere, but we could be anywhere," said police on social media.
