Free novice netball, circuits classes for beginners and fun football sessions are being organised for adults across Fenland.

The sessions are structured as a programme of 12-week fitness courses and are designed for those who want to live a healthier lifestyle but currently do less than 30 minutes of exercise a week.

Registration is now open for residents to sign up and taster sessions begin later this month.
