FOUR people have been taken to hospital after two cars had a head-on collision on a Fenland road yesterday.

The accident happened at around 3:30pm on the A141 near Westry, when a Nissan Micra collided with a Peugot 307. The incident caused long traffic queues on one side of the road.

It is thought that there were three people in one car, two males and an 8-year-old boy, and that they were all taken to hospital.

The male driver of the other car has also been taken to hospital. Their injuries are unknown.
