The experienced side lifted the trophy for the second time in their history after a stunning 2&1 victory over Gog Magog ladies at Lakeside Lodge Golf Club.
Glenis Jones and Anna Robertson recorded a 4&3 win in the top match, before Gog Magog levelled the clash at 1-1.
Sarah Oldham and Penny Gilbert held their nerve in the decider, claiming a 2&1 victory after winning the 14th and 15th holes.
March had earlier seen off St Neots Golf Club in the semi-final of the Inter-Club Foursomes Knockout event.
