Dr Maria Smith and Paramedic Jo Lambert flew in the Magpas Helimedix Air Ambulance, arriving at the scene at 12.40pm.
The Helimedix worked alongside paramedics, who attended in a land ambulance, and assessed the woman before administering strong pain relief.
The woman was then taken by land ambulance by paramedics with minor injuries to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn.
