HANDLING a stolen gypsy wagon landed an Fenland man a suspended prison sentence.
Charlie Swallow, 24, of Outwell, appeared at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court where he was given a 26-week prison sentence suspended for two years.
Swallow was charged with handling stolen goods on May 28 when he was found in possession of a gypsy wagon which had been stolen from an address in Gorefield.
He was ordered to carry out 300 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay a total of £3,750 compensation and costs of £85.
He must also comply with a supervision order.
