A group of tractor fanatics have donated more than £12,000 to various charities.
The National Vintage Tractor and Engine Club East Anglia Group raised the bulk of the total at its Stradsett Park Vintage Rally in May this year.
The group has donated £9,000 to road safety charity BREAK, £1,439 to St Mary’s church, Stradsett, and £1,603 to East Anglian Air Ambulance.
The cheques were presented to representatives of the three causes at the group’s AGM, which was held at Ryston Park Golf Club and attended by about 50 members.
At the meeting, club chairman Henry Howlett thanked the group’s sponsors, committee members and the ‘Friends of Stradsett’ group for their support.
