Firefighters put out a large, unsupervised bonfire in woodland in Wimblington last night.
A crew from March was called to the bonfire, which was caused accidentally, near Eastwood End at 7.35pm.
They used a jet to extinguish it and returned to their stations by 9.30pm.
A CFRS spokesman said: “Always take great care when having a bonfire. Be sure to never leave it unsupervised, check the wind direction, build it well away from other structures or flammable materials, and never pour accelerant on it.”
