Wisbech Town kept up the pressure on leaders Ramsey with a strong showing at rivals Godmanchester Town on Saturday ... but they had to settle for a draw.
Wisbech batted first and posted 215-5, with Gary Freear (74), captain Alan Burton (63) and Josh Bowers (47 no) in the runs.
In reply Godmanchester, chasing a rain reduced 184 to win, were restricted to 147-6 off 41 overs. Sam Rippington (4-50) and James Williams (2-27) shared the wickets.
With six games to go, defending champions Wisbech are second in the Tucker Gardner League, with only 10 points between them and Ramsey.
They will fancy their chances of wracking up a big win when they host basement side Camden on Saturday, while Ramsey face a difficult trip to fourth place Sawston.
