A girl seriously injured a week ago at Westry, March, remains critically ill in hospital and is in an induced coma.
The news was revealed today by Cambridgeshire Police who renewed their plea for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
The teenage girl is thought to have been crossing the A141 when she was struck by a grey BMi3 at around 5.10pm. She was on her way home from school.
“The girl was taken to Addenbrooke’s hospital and is currently in an induced coma in critical condition,” said PC Ben Patten.
“I would like to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward. This happened at a busy period, with lots of people present.”
