THE former head boy and head girl of the Townley School in Christchurch have been celebrating 60 years of marriage.
Wolsey and Doris Rolfe, both 85, were married in Christchurch and still live in the village.
They celebrated their Diamond wedding anniversary, on April 2, with a trip to Centre Parcs, near Thetford.
Wolsey said: "We've known each other our whole lives and we always got on well.
"We have our own opinions about things but we usually managed to avoid arguments. We just walk away if we don't agree on things."
Wolsey is now chairman of the Christchurch Village Hall Committee, a member Christchurch Indoor Bowls Club and a member of the Christchurch Church Council and Doris is a Woman's Institute member.
