HOMES in a Fenland village that were left without power for three nights following last weeks' snow and high winds have now been reconnected.
Homes in Christchurch were cut off on Thursday and had power restored last night following round-the-clock work by EDF Energy.
An EDF Energy spokesman said the bad weather conditions made the work harder.
He added: "We appreciate how difficult it can be to lose power, especially in cold weather, and would like to apologise for the inconvenience.
