Two members were arrested for excess alcohol and two members were arrested for theft between October 2008 and October 2009.
Another member was arrested for assault in connection with a domestic incident, and one member was arrested for breach of the peace and resisting arrest.
The details were revealed by Cambridgeshire Police following a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Two of the arrests led to convictions, but police did not disclose which incidents they were.
A police statement said: "During the period from October 2008 to October 31 2009 there were six members of the constabulary who were known to have been arrested for any offence.
